This was a great experience for a fast food restaurant the person who was active at the ordering station was very polite she... prompted right and I asked her to please hang on for a second and there were no issues I ordered my food she read it back to meand asked me if that was correct sir and I said exactly this was a great service then when I got to the drive-thru window theyhad my bag they read my receipt to me and gave me my bag with all of my food and my sauces everything hot when I got home andlooked at the hard tacos I was absolutely amazed I think this is the first time in 4 years I've got something from fast foodthat actually look like their commercials LOL this is a great Taco Bell and the staff is awesome the date is November 5th 2022. Lots of ups and downs over the years. More ups than downs so I keep coming back for the tacos. Tonight I got a huge serving... of Nasty attitude with Nasty food. Definitely no cares were given tonight from the staff. I will not be back for a while if notever. Read more
I ordered a Mexican pizza and cheesy bean burrito. Both of them suffered from, IMO, the same problem. The ingredients were... really unevenly distributed. I expected a layer of beans a layer of beef, a layer of cheese, ect. all evenly placed. The beanson the burrito were all at one end. The beans on the pizza were all on one side. The other ingredients were similarly placed. It will be quite a while until I return. Read more
It was decent. However, I ordered "extra" items on the kiosk and paid for it and when I got my food, it was the original... portions of those items in the bowl. That's the 3rd time that has happened. I don't like paying for "extra" (meat, tomatoes,cheese etc) and it not actually making it into my food. Other than that, the food was decent and the people are friendly. Read more

Commander Shepherd Taco Bell... Staff are friendly and courteous but we inevitably always end up 1 taco or item short. Trying to... verify an order for 5 people and unwrap 15 items just isn't practical. Please take that extra min to verify before handing thebag out the window .. you may save a parent a LOT of chaos with a kid missing a taco. ???? Read more
I paid $18 at the drive thru for a No. 6 meal and a steak quesadilla and when I got home there was only 1 chalupa instead of the... 2 that was advertised with the meal. For this price, its very disappointing. Do not go to this location Read more
