Worst location by far, this is not fast food! A typical order takes about 20 minutes to even be prepared. Orders are always... wrong and not quality. Simply put don't waste your money. Taco Bell prices never let me down. Cheap food and it's convenient location allows me and my coworkers to grab lunch and dinner... here a few times a month. However, the service is lacking. Recently there seems to be a change in employment so I may have tocome back and add another star. Totally disappointed. No smile and when asked about a bean burrito fresco told no thing, it is a burrito with no cheese. Terrible! Has got to be the WORST location in Hampton. Taco fries are supposed to be orange!! This item is probably one of the... most anticipated on the menu and to finally have them back and to taste absolutely disgusting is just disappointing. Ordered thru Door Dash. When it arrived I immediately told the Door dash driver that drinks were missing. He indicated that he... had told them the same thing and they got sparky with him. I told him no problem I call them. Ended up in the Drive thru.Explained twice and was told to "hold on".
