Went through the drive thru. Dude couldn't even speak correctly to me through the speaker and couldn't seem to understand my... order. It took him 4 tries to make the #9 steak instead of chicken. I honestly didn?t even want to give it 1 star. I pre ordered and pre paid for food. Got to the drive thru, and not only had they... not started my order, but the worst part was young people standing around doing nothing. It was NO one inside and No one indrive thru!!! Last time I visited this store I left feeling like the service I received wasn?t the best, but today changed my mind about this... Taco Bell, whoever was operating the drive through when I visited was so polite and patient, very kind interaction. Absolutelyworth every penny, and the food is good too but the kindness that the employee portrayed is what will make customers come backfor more. 10/10 keep it up you guys are doing great!! Read more
