My boyfriend ordered a cup of chili for me today and the woman taking the order was extremely rude, so of course he had to take... up for himself. When he brought me the chili and I took a bite of it, it did NOT taste right and now I?m scared they spit in itor watered it down. It?s never tasted like this.. and it wasn?t even hot. Its clean and nice, the food is usually good but when they only take two orders at a time in the dinning room, and are very open... about it. Some of us only get a 30 min lunch so it really chapps my behind not even able to put my order in. The same "manager"as last time the one with all the tattoos. She takes two orders and then doesnt care how long someone has to wait. Id ratherwait for my food with a drink in my hand than spend 22 of the 30 mins if my. Lunch waiting for my order ti be taken. The customer service here is pretty terrible. Most of the associates here are rude and my meal was just thrown in the bag,... burger half unwrapped, don't even know why they included a French fry box. Wendy's used to be one of my favorite places but itseems like this location doesn't have any type of Quality Assurance. Disappointing really.... Read more
New strawberry shake doesn't live up to all the hype. Tastes like strawberry candy - all artificial flavors. Hamburgers ok but... dry like they had been sitting a long time. Read more
The staff here are rude! When placing an order they will cut you off quick and give you attitude. I tried ordering a burger with... lettuce instead of a bun, as I?m gluten intolerant. I specifically asked if the burger could have two big pieces of lettuce,one on either side. Some of my past orders, they?ve put multiple small pieces of lettuce. The woman taking my order was curtabout it and explained they give multiples pieces of lettuce. Which is exactly why I made my request in the first place. Don?t go to this location.Ordered the maple bacon chicken crossiant sandwich thing (as pictured below) and honestly I?m... impressed with how burnt they made it, I didn?t think they would really have the audacity to serve such clearly burnt food. I mobile ordered at 5:30 p.m. on the app which directed me to proceed inside for pickup. My husband arrives shortly thereafter... and, following direction, heads to the door along with a couple of other patrons. There?s a sign on the door that says thedining room is open until 9:00 p.m. The patrons knock on the door and although they can see several employees inside none ofthem will acknowledge them knocking, not by a gesture or even a glance. I?ve already paid for this order so he gets back in thecar to go through the very long drive-in line and picks up my sandwich and the now soupy-ish Frosty. Never again! Read more
