First and foremost... i did not purchase anything after the interaction with the rude, incompetent and disrespectful manager... that works at the Hampton Wendy's across from Walmart on 11/30/2022 at 5:45. After sitting in drive-thru for 45 min... with a 5yr old. I decided to park and go in. After seeing other people order had been taken... After standing in line... When it was myturn to order... the manager told me that she is not taking anymore orders inside and that I need to go back in the drive-thru.I thought it was a joke and that someone was playing a prank on me! Her delivery was horrible and rude. And obviously there wasno customer training with said manager! She seemed overwhelmed! If it's too hot in kitchen... she needs to get the helI out!!! Iwill never spend my money with Wendy's ever again. My family, friends, and my money will be spent elsewhere! Like I took mymoneyto be spent somewhere else today after my experience which was HORRID!!! I had time today! Read more

This is the worst wendys I've ever been to. Id give it a 0 star score if i could. Every single time I've gone they take 30... minutes at the window to even take the order and then 15 more minutes to make the food. The staff just stands around in thekitchen chatting with eachother instead of taking orders. If I wanted to wait 45 minutes to be helped I'd goto a sit downrestaurant. This wendys is absolute trash. Don't go. Absolutely abysmal service. Read more

The drive thru line moved very fast and quickly. Food was nice and hot. The staff was very friendly and nice

So I went through the drive thru and got charged twice. Went back once it was posted not pending on my back app and GM had to be... in. After not seeing it on my bank account app the rest of the day went back to see what was up. I was then told it takes 7 to10 days to credit back to my account. It only took 7 to 10 seconds for you to zap my account twice for $16.63. Dave Thomas wouldhave just given me my money out of the drawer, pretty sure I'm done with you guys. Read more

Absolutely the WORST Wendy's I've EVER been to. Will never be going back. It took over 20 minutes even though I was the only... person in line. Employees were rude including the on-shift manager. Absolutely the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. If you want your order jacked up or completely wrong...this is the place for... you. If you want rude slow staff that makes you wonder why this place is called "fast food'...this is your place. If I get theurge to eat their food, I will happily drive 20 extra miles to be disappointed by microwave chicken nuggets. This Wendy's is atotal waste of prime commercial real estate. Read more
