About an hour ago, I was in this restaurant picking up an order for a friend. I feel sorry for the people that work here. They... were flooded with the drive thru, delivery orders, and in store customers. The in store customers were the problem. They sawthat these people were overwhelmed. Yet, they complained and badgered these poor people. No one in the first world should haveto go through this. These customers showed no compassion. It should be at the location's discretion to lock the door and haveeverybody order through the drive thru. Omg, those poor workers. I don't know what the solution is. I can't say what I wantto say or how I want to say it, but read between lines. I can't help but wonder if this what they will be dealing with for thenext few hours. This took place around 8pm and they are open until 11pm. Jesus help those people. I hope one day that they allbecome wealthy or choose a line of work that is not so demanding. Smh. Read more

I don?t bother going here. The service is HORRIBLE. Even when you order online, you end up waiting a minimum of ten minutes for... your food. Every single time. I mean, I show up later than my pickup time so I don?t have to wait, and I?ve had to wait over10mins EVERY SINGLE TIME. So I only stopped here cause we were driving right past it and my husband wanted it. I figured drivethru would be faster, Stupid thought. Waited like 15mins for the people in front of us. You know, cause they had 1 Item. Thesalads are good and big. I don?t care for the other food as much. The service is just so terrible that I?d rather not go here??????????? Go to another location. The women in the drive through are rude af. They get mad when you wanna pay for extra sauce and they have new workers who dont... know how to answer questions such as "can i have some ranch". 1/10 do not recommend going the this one. The one by the mall innewport news have better customer service and communication skills so if you're craving Zaxby's go to the one by the mall. Read more

I love Zaxby?s, but this one was not the best. The people at the intercom and windows weren?t rude? but definitely weren?t... friendly. Never got my drink for my meal. I assumed it just didn?t come with one, but realized when I got home that it wassupposed to, and I paid for it. I used to go to Zaxby's they had really good salads. I would normally get the cobb salad. I know from when they first open up to... later on the bread that came with the salad got smaller. This time I tried a different salad, it looks nothing like the pictureand I didn't get any bread. I don't know if they discontinue the bread too, because they said they discontinue the milkshakes. Drive through line was long and was our first experience with this restaruant and we ordered wings and tender for wing day. The... wings were disappointing the sauce was sweet and not hot or buffalo at all. Even the nuclear was disturbing like BBQ. If youlike sweet wings and no heat they would be good. Customer service was lacking. No hello, no have a nice day. When I told the lady at the window she got my drink order wrong she... didn't say a word, just switched it out. Got home and the bottom bun on my sandwich was rock hard and the chicken tasted like itwas soaked in pickle juice!???? At least the fries were good and the wait time was acceptable. Read more

Fast food 4 star say it ain?t so. But they earned it. The staff are extremely friendly and I have always been made to feel... welcomed even when they are slammed. The Cobb salad is one of the best salads in Hampton. I have not found a wilted leaf oflettuce yet. I did have weak tomatoes once out of the 12 times. The grilled chicken is always cooked through and has theexpected nice flavor. I do enjoy the fried mushrooms and have no complaints about them although they aren?t spectacular.
