This panera is one of the worst I've been to. For the second time in the past 2 weeks I've ordered, I've received bad orange... juice. The first time just tasted off, but this morning I took a sip and there was pieces of mold floating all around thebottle. Quality has been slipping lately. Coffee was cold so asked for iced tea - no lemons. I have no idea why they do a soft yolk egg... on their breakfast sandwiches but they are messy to eat on the go. Read more
I just have to say......i hate leaving bad reviews. I always try to support neighborhood spots but Panera Bread as a Franchise... can do better. I ordered from this place regularly. Sometimes $80-$100 an order. I did the 3 strike rule before it became on myboycott list. But i didn't boycott ALL Panera Breads....just this one. The last strike....happened months ago. I chose not tofile a complaint with company and just stopped giving them my money. But i realized how much it affected me.....because i stillrefuse. This last time was with the manager Gregand i thought maybe he had a bad day because he was nice on the phone beforewhen i had the 2nd issue in delivery after the 1st time. BUT reading the revires from other people you see alot of complai tsfor a Craig/Greg and i realized it wasn't just me. Maybe he isn't cut out for interacting w customers in person or maybe theywere short staffed. ??????????? At that time he was working the food line for orders. Some issues i had...wer re withdeliveries. But all they could do was block the drivers. One marked delivered but never actually delivered the food because theycouldn't find house and i gave verg detailed instructions. So instead calling or Panera..they just marked delivered. Which alsodidn't make sense because other drivers didn't have issues. Another spilled my drink and left food but didn't tell anyone aboutthe missing drink which was clearly spilled from the mess in bag. Stuff like that. I tipped money to drivers on card before foodwas delivered which made it easy for the drivers to just do what they do. Anyways, back to my last strike. I decided to eatINSIDE....which i sometimes do. We had already ordered, sat, picked up food, spoken to several employees and Greg had seen methis whole time. I had been waiting for extra sauce for a salad i was sharing that never came. Instead of just giving it tome...or speaking to me nicely...he made scene. Embarrassed me and made several customers uncomfortable. Read more
There?s an older lady who works at the counter with blonde hair. Let me just say that she?s the sweetest person I?ve ever met... and every time I come in, she always has the brightest smile. The food is good but they always forget to put the sauce on my chicken sandwich, whether its bbq chicken or chipotle chicken. I... end up with plain chicken.. not a happy camper.. **UPDATE** 11/20/2020 Recently went and their Flatbread pizzas are decent fornot being a Pizza place. But I also tried the broccoli and cheddar mac N cheese and for $6 for a small you'd think they wouldfill it to the top.. a little skimpy in my opinion.. **UPDATE** 11/11/2021 Once again ordered a chipotle chicken Avocado meltand did not get the chipotle.. Horrible. I will never ever go here again. After we handed the cashier our money, she claimed we didn't pay her even though she... owed us money. It was embarrassing, but the other girl working witnessed it. On top of that, the food was disgusting, cold, andthe bread was burnt. Read more
