Tapas style restaurant by a renowned chef. The food and experience was amazing. Fresh ingredients, gluten free, rare meats and... wine. Service is attentive and friendly. The sauce for the mussels was so good that asked for more bread. Patata bravas had theright amount of heat and we just had to take another order to go. The Wagyu Steak served over Paella was a first for me butoutstanding because the seasoning on the steak perfectly complemented the richness of the meat and the textures of the Paella.They have cooking classes and a tasting menu on the weekends.
