Today I finally was able to experience an amazing dinner at the Cottage, and the amazing proprietor of the Cottage, Mark... Evans. The Cottage is only open on Fridays and Saturdays. They offer a price fix menu with 3 selections for a low $40 pricepoint. They also offer bring your own wine with no corkage fee as well, very nice. Mark is a highly energetic person whobrings excitement and flare to the cottage, along with chef Fatima whose creations are such an amazing experience in thepalate. We got to enjoy escargot which were just amazing, avocado and pear dishes that were just delicious. My escargot thatI had as an appetizer was delicious and tender, served in the shell. I had the roast Duck Confit which was amazing as well. My wife enjoyed the shrimp and rice creole which was just amazing! We had a lovely dinner for four at this obscure small French pop up. Very nice prix fixe, with everything we ordered done right.... BYOB, and there is a liquor store 100 feet away. Plates, silverware, tables and chairs all on the casual side. We ate outside,which might not be an option for much longer. Read more

They used plastic plates/silverware but it didn't bother me because the food was soooooo good! ???? Worth the wait! It isa little tricky to find...kind of hidden.
