I ordered 20 mins online before arriving they blocked off all the stalls. I asked why they blocked off all the stalls. A black... man said the manager wouldn't hire people, so they couldn't keep enough staff to run the restaurant. If they understand that themanager is not doing their job to seek staffing, they need to fire that manager to strive for a temp agency connection with atemp agency to permanent hire. When your loosing business due to blocking off stalls, you lose money. Covid can not be an excusefor several years anymore. Read more
Never had a bad experience at a Sonic but if I could give zero Stars I would, pulled up to order yesterday and a person said we... can't take any more orders we had like 30 online orders and laughed rudely. I'm sure she really made a lot of people mad withher snotty attitude. Being that this is a nicer town they need to have not so trashy service and people. I have NEVER received an order from this Sonic that didn't have something wrong. Today I ordered a footlong hot dog. The hot... dog was raw...not cooked. The meat was just placed in the bun raw and slightly covered with chili. LAST time we EVER go there. Read more

Had the grilled cheese double burger. Ordered on the app. Much easier to customize order. came out fast. Great value.
I had a similar experience as several others have had. There were only two cars in line, but it took FOREVER to get our food. ... Also, I ordered a Reese’s PB Blast and after the first few bites, the rest was just vanilla ice cream. $8 is a lot for a cupof vanilla ice cream. Read more
Used to be a good place, not anymore. Always a wait for food, even if you order ahead with the app and put ASAP for the pickup.... The food is getting bad also. Doesn't seem like the staff making the food has any respect for the customers anymore. Staff thatbrings the food out to you is neutral, neither courteous nor rude. We have stopped going there in the evening as there will bepeople loitering there that don't seem to be "upstanding citizens". Read more
1 medium slushy, 2 large tater tots, 1 medium shake. Nothing complex or hard about this order no special request. They served... guest behind us in the drive thru line and at the stalls before us. Waited around 20 mins being the first people in the drivethru with no other customers at the sonic. No apology for wait time or almost handing us the wrong order. My fiancée had tocorrect the person working the drive thru. Very unprofessional and uncourteous. This place isn't worth burning the gas for whilethey make you wait because they don't know who got what order even though there is a screen that shows you which order to donext.
