Absolutely the worst customer service. They had my order was ready for over 30 mins, making me wait even though I ordered it... online prior. When I went up to them after 30 mins, and they told me it had been ready and started arguing with me. Never goingback to this place again. I am very upset. The pizza doesn't even taste good. I ordered 1 large extra cheese pizza. When I arrived, the young lady that worked there gave me a old pizza. When I asked for a... fresh pizza, she told me it was fresh and she started making it as soon as I ordered over the phone. She knew very well that itwas old but she was still trying to give it to me stating that it was fresh. Then, I asked for the manager and she said themanager was not there at the time. Finally, she agreed to make me a fresh pizza and I had to wait additional 10-15 minutes. As afrequent customer, I had a terrible experience that day because my time was waisted and I was lied to. This store is disgustIng I ordered a chicken ceasar salad and a pep pizza for my son salad for me. He salad was red it was so... old and expired when I called the store the girl answered said the manager wasn?t in so She didn?t know what to do then she toldme to hold and hung up on me when I called back she would not answer because she could see my number never got another saladnever got my money back.
