Absolutely the worst customer service. They had my order was ready for over 30 mins, making me wait even though I ordered it... online prior. When I went up to them after 30 mins, and they told me it had been ready and started arguing with me. Never goingback to this place again. I am very upset. The pizza doesn't even taste good. I ordered 1 large extra cheese pizza. When I arrived, the young lady that worked there gave me a old pizza. When I asked for a... fresh pizza, she told me it was fresh and she started making it as soon as I ordered over the phone. She knew very well that itwas old but she was still trying to give it to me stating that it was fresh. Then, I asked for the manager and she said themanager was not there at the time. Finally, she agreed to make me a fresh pizza and I had to wait additional 10-15 minutes. As afrequent customer, I had a terrible experience that day because my time was waisted and I was lied to. These guys are always there when I need em! I've had my pizza profile since 2018 going strong... The Hamtramck, Lincoln Park,... Southgate and Southwest Detroit locations in Michigan are all great with timing Read more
This store is disgustIng I ordered a chicken ceasar salad and a pep pizza for my son salad for me. He salad was red it was so... old and expired when I called the store the girl answered said the manager wasn?t in so She didn?t know what to do then she toldme to hold and hung up on me when I called back she would not answer because she could see my number never got another saladnever got my money back. I reported them to corporate to only find out they are a independent store which is why they act likethat never order from here u will regret it. Read more
Food is fine, but this is not the first time I?ve ordered on the app, gotten a notification that was ready and had to wait 10... more minutes (I usually give them about 5 minutes before I actually go in, and I still had to wait another 5 once i went in).for it to actually be done. This is the very first time I try Domino's pizza and it was actually really good.
Very bad customer service. They didn?t have as many gluten free as we had ordered. Our order was almost an hour late and on top... of that they were short 1 pizza. The pizzas were good , but they definitely need to improve their service. Read more
