It's a shame to see such a common thread in these reviews of being treated so unfairly. This morning I had a very unpleasant... experience with "Sandy" she said her name was. From the beginning to end she was extremely unfriendly and distasteful. There wasanother worker who was working with my friend and I making our sandwiches and she seemed to pleasant. However Sandy went out ofher way to be rude when maybe she needed to take a break to regulate her emotions before dealing with customers. I understand weall have bad days however we should still carry ourselves in a way that reflects well on ourselves as well as companies werepresent. We had to be the first customers of the day and hopefully others after had better experiences . Sandy also encouragedus to call and voice our complaints because even she could undeniably admit she has poor customer service skills and treated usterribly.The restaurant was very clean I wish we had a better experience, I will be speaking with someone in management aboutthis matter. Sandy is terrible! Terrible attitude! She needs to be fired. She obviously doesn't like her job. I know a lot of people and they... will no longer be coming and supportingthis location. 11am shift on November 30, 2022 . She said her name was Sandy, she was awhite, blondish hair, heavy set short lady. 50s. The store was empty. My friend and I made an online order at 11am. It said thesub would be ready at 1120. As soon as we made the order we walked in. As we walked in we could tell they were making our subs.We told them. We asked if they had packets of mustard and mayo. Sandy said they could put it in containers. Another lady wasmaking our subs, she was no problem. As we saw the containers, my friend was about to say they could put it on the sub instead.Sandy said,"what?". My friend said nevermind since you have already started. As the other coworker was making our subs, Irecognized that banana peppers weren't added or olives. I asked if they could be put on the subs. In a very sarcastic tone Sandysaid, "You know they have it where you can add the toppings you want online?" I had to take a breath in.. because we had been sofriendly. And we were able to catch them before the subs were made. I told her that's why we came in. She had a very funkyattitude. It was very uncalled for. Noone else was in the store. They were not busy. I told her we didn't think it would be aproblem. She said it's that feature so we can get you in and out. I asked her what her name was, she told me and said the numberis on the receipt, and that I can report her. Just terrible and ugly. I have let several of my friends know not to come to thislocation. Sidenote: the subs were delicious. But Sandy made our visit very unpleasant. She needs a job where she doesn't haveto deal with customers and the public. Read more

My friend and I, went to pick up an order from subway at the Hamtramck plaza, there are 2 people working both black male and... female employees. There was no manager but the black male employee seemed like had a problem with me ordering, using Foullanguage towards me. My recommendation to The franchise owner is to do a better job at hiring quality workers. Usually subwayscustomer service is amazing, At this specific location they have lots of attitude and foul language for no reason. I highlysuggest subway hiring good mannered employees. Terrible customer service. They should evaluate their employees better. I placed a doordash order two hours ago and they still... haven?t even started preparing it. My dasher told me that the employee who was working said that he would make everyone?s foodin the restaurant and then my order. My dasher was there before everyone in the store. Very frustrating.
