Ordered a double whopper w/cheese combo today. I got home and the top bun was black on the inside and it smelled rotten. Could... not eat it.. try calling the store and it gives me the customer complaint line. Now i got to wait 3 to 5 business days to get acall back from the store and to top it off they never gave me a receipt.. should have an actual store number to call. The person taking the order was very nice and got my order correct on the receipt. Apparently they must have trouble with the... burger flipper. If you LOVE BK and are traveling on the road, DO NOT stop here! Google another location and wait a couple exits and stop there.... Horrible service, Shift Leader was salty and rude, and they don't take app codes just like the other reviewers said. But theyget a 2 star review because BK is still good food. Skip this one, though. Nice employees. Good customer service. Cheeseburgers and fries took a bit of time but they were pretty good.
