I know things can be hit-or-miss staffing-wise these days (I mean who isn't feeling burnt out?) and there have even been a few... decent experiences at the this Dunkin (we pass by this gas station quite a bit), but more often than not the staff are rude andthe products are half-prepared. In particular, when ordering a frozen coffee, they only filled it two-thirds and didn't mix theflavoring with the ice. When I asked if they could mix it up and fill up my drink the worker behind the counter gave me thislook of disgust and asked what they wanted me to do about it? Dump more cream in there? They then rolled their eyes at me andwalked off. I know the other franchises and the gas station itself are operated independently and have been great, but thisDunkin' has not been a good experience. A lot of places are understaffed so I won?t even comment on the drive thru always being closed? or having to wait 20 minutes for... a coffee. What does make me mad is when I wait 20 minutes to be greeted rudely. I feel like I?m very polite(even afterwaiting)but the old lady at the drive thru couldn?t even say your welcome. They don?t know how to make coffee. They really needto hire some better workers. I love dunkin and I travel a lot so I?ve been to a bunch of them. This one for sure takes the cakefor being the WORST. If you want coffee I suggest you just go to the jacks across the street until they hire some betterworkers. Read more
I'm a semi-regular at Dunkin Donuts,,, I go their for the hot and iced coffee. I always stay their and have my beverage, it's a... relaxing place to be. Some employee's are always friendly, and they are fast and accurate with my order. Service andcleanliness has gone downhill. Several employees have quit because of Kayla and the way things are done, not done right. Someare not good workers, and aren't supposed to stay behind counters and do nothing when have no customers. Should be keepingtables, booths and chairs spotless. Keep floors swept, spills cleaned up. Not wearing masks, Covid is still here, think aboutbreathing over customers food and stuff. Things aren't cleaned at closing, I've seen Amber put chairs on dirty tables. Doesn'tcare about doing job right. Germs are spread when customer after customer sit at dirty tables and put hands on anything. Amberis not friendly, makes my beverages wrong everytime, makes them way she wants, and in wrong cups their supposed to be made in.Friend of Kayla's was rehired after he would just talk to customers about 30 minutes or so, left other customers waiting. Took alot longer breaks than allowed. Also not a good employee. I've observed everything. I used to work in the restaurant business, Iknow how things are supposed to be done. Love Dunkin but if the old women takes your order be prepared for it to be as messed up as humanity possible. I come here... everyday after class and have never gotten it right on the first make of it. Be ready to be there an extra 10mins ???? I justasked for two different drinks and she combine them into one Frankenstein drink. Read more
