This Jack?s is trash. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU ARE ABOUT TO STARVE!!! There lobby is constantly closed , they NEVER get your... order right and you will sit in the drive thru for 45 minutes anytime you go here . After sitting in the drive thru this longyou would think your food would be fresh. (WRONG..) They have truck parking for truck drivers . How are they supposed to eathere if the lobby is closed every time they pull into the parking lot . Read more
Not truck driver friendly. They close their dining room most mornings and expect drivers to walk their drive through to order... their food. They are short staffed and short tempered. How hard would it be to take orders in the dining room and let thedrivers stay out of the rain. We can take the food to go. How often can they REALLY be short staffed? Read more
This was the absolute pit of hell as far a fast door comes. We are from Huntsville- driving home from knee surgery. All I wanted... was an Oreo shake from Jacks. There was ONE person in from of us in the drive thru and no one else behind us. Woman told us tohold a moment- took forever. We order and they ?aren?t going doing shake right now because there?s only two of us?. So we ordermeals. Absolutely nothing on burgers not even the extra pickles I asked for. Woman told us that she decided they aren?t doingshake because of the wait time even tho WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE!! In the amount of time she was coming up wi the excuses shecould have corrected our order and make about a dozen shakes. Barely any liquid in our drinks- all ice. Decide we?re going touse the restroom (again knee surgery, on crutches, from out of town) when we get to the door it?s locked. No signs or anything.So thankful this isn?t our normal Jacks. I have been to jacks drive through over and over again and can?t seem to get my order right. Chicken box had nothing had nothing... but wings and legs. They were so dry we couldn?t eat them. Just this bad Sunday ordered a bacon burger, no bacon. I otdered anfried chicken sandwich got 2 chicken fingers on it . That?s not what we paid for. The staff was Ruiz, not ever a smile. Read a lot of negative reviews. I went in for breakfast had the biscuits and gravy. This place had the best biscuits and gravy... out of all the chain fast food reastraunts. They have parking for 18 wheelers and rv's. Service was fast and friendly. I'lldefinitely be back. Great job Jack's crew. Thank you Read more
I am truly disappointed in a place that I used to come to grab a quick bite to eat but on this occasion I came into a restaurant... that used to be well kept, I mean clean. this visit was far from that , the floor was full of food all around the walk area andthe prep area it's like no one was taking the initiative to clean up to take out the trash over six to seven men and womenstaff. people working in a small area and no one was taking the time to clean up. Absolutely shameful no professionalism atall. Staff members talking about those coming in late this is not like him. My order was managed poorly I was given three coldbeef patties my burger should have been hot a fresh triple Burger my four tenders should have been hot ready to bite into Ireceived two cold chicken tenders the french fries were cold as well. ???? Place is so hit or miss, I eat here all the time and it's either 5 star good or 1 star bad. Most recent experience the chicken... fingers tasted like nasty burnt grease so bad I had to throw them out. But sometimes it's great so I guess it averages out.Drive thru is SLOW in the mornings if you're in a rush might consider McDonald's. Read more
