I don't know about this one, but I have not eaten, nor will I ever eat, at a Papa John's again since 2012. They are rude,... disrespectful, lazy and hate truckers. I had a location one time that literally said they do not deliver to our kind. And saidthat 6 miles was too far to deliver 15-20 pizzas when power went out at the truck stop. Contacted corporate only to never get acall back (had to leave a voicemail). 3 days later I blasted them on FB. Only then did they reach out to me. Still no resolutionfor it. Never again. I would rather eat Little Ceasar's instead. Read more
Looked at the 3.7 star rating for this place & read the reviews. SHOULD HAVE NOT ORDERED FROM HERE. PLEASE HEED THE WARNING!... This is the worst papa johns I've eaten from. I thought it would be ok since I ordered in person, it wasn't. I ordered a smallworks & asked for square cut. I receive my pizza triangle cut, very oddly & uneven by the way, that, I could deal with. Got a Gluten Free Pizza this evening and bought it home and it was the worst pizza I ever had. I'm gluten intolerant. It's was... burnt, and it looked like it had two different pieces in it, and been dropped. I would give this review a -10 if it wasavailable. Read more
Attempted to order a pizza for pick up on Wednesday July 15, 2020 at 6:25pm. After being forwarded twice a woman answered and... rudely asked if I would hold I replied yes, then she simply hung up. I will never use this Papa John's again. Read more
Ordered a Thin Crust carry-out large specialty pizza online. When we got there the pizza was not this crust. The pizza is not... that big of a deal. The way the employees acted about it was the suprising part. They said they would remake it, but when weasked a few minutes later they hadn't even started. I?ve worked with Papa John?s for four years and I can honestly say this location had the worst service I?ve ever seen. For such... a slow location, you?d think the employees would be attentive whenever a customer is at the front desk, but during the thirty orso minutes I sat in the lobby, the cashier wasn?t there for about 20 minutes. My order took thirty minutes, after I was told15-20, for wings. The wings take no preparation before going in the oven, and the oven run time is less than ten minutes, andconsidering the store had no other business, I know my order only took that long because the employees were wasting time. Highlydisappointed to see such slackers at a store that is nowhere near busy. Read more
