Spent $34 for dinner and one of the items from my order was popcorn shrimp combo. Got home and had about half the amount of... shrimp as usual half was crumbs and what shrimp I had was so tough you couldn't eat them. This is ridiculous this place alwayshas something wrong with orders. Read more
Extremely slow service. All I needed was a cup of Mac and cheese and a drink. They fulfilled the entire order ahead of mine,... which was a very large order, before they would just turn around and grab the cup of Mac and cheese from the hot table behindthem. I understand following protocols, but a certain level of common sense should also be utilized in the service industry. Read more
The quality of food here is terrible just like any Popeyes across the country. Most Popeyes will go out of business I?m sure
If I could give zero stars I would. Came in today and as we were standing in line to order, a guy came up and told them that his... shrimp was hard. Instead of fixing it right away she got an attitude and start talking with another employee about it thenproceeded to leave for 10 minutes before coming back to give him his replacement. She then proceeds to gripe about it afterwardsto the same coworker and about how she hasn?t had a break. The manager is no where to be seen or found. When this place firstopened it was great now it?s not worth even wasting your time. Read more

First of all everytime I think about buying food here they have the rudest people! My husband and I stood there while they swept... over our feet and never said a word every employee I've dealt with apparently hates their job! It's nasty! So nasty behind thecounter! We stop here every week, this one of the truck stops we fuel at, so we just usually grab dinner so that we don't have to make... another stop headed toward Indianapolis. The food is great, the customer service SUCKS to say the least. One girl that workshere is so rude, she doesn't acknowledge you when you walk up to the counter she just looks at you several times before shedecides to take your order. HORRIBLE Read more
