If I could put zero stars, I would. I gave this store 3 or 4 chances thinking maybe they were just having a bad day the first 2... times. They are apparently having a bad day every day. I went in about 20 minutes before closing, they already had everythingtaken apart to shut down. They still took my order, it was only 2 simple sandwiches but were very short, rude, and visibly madat my presence so close to closing. I asked 3 times for a sauce on one of the sandwiches and was ignored and he was extra saltywhen I asked him to please add the sauce after he had wrapped it when I was asking for the sauce as he took it to the wrappaper. I go back to my car to eat and both sandwiches that were toasted were cold and the bread was exactly as it was whenpulled from the cabinet, not even warm or toasty AT ALL. Placed an order online 2 weeks ago. Pulled up to window woman stated she never received my order. They received payment though.... Told me to cancel order in the app, there is no cancel button. Told me to call the 800 number. I?ve been emailing the stupidPatel for 2 weeks and uploaded proof my order was submitted. Since new owner took over they try to buckle and dime you to death. He won?t let any of the other works run the register so he... can charge you extra. If you buy roasted heal charge you for rostisserie chicken that?s 2$ more expensive and he?ll treat likeyour dumb if you try to argue. They charge you extra for cheese.
