I hadn't been to a Hardee's in years. The Cheddar and Mushroom meal was so good that's it's making me look for the closest... Hardee's to me. We stopped on our way back from Deep Creek and it will be a regular stop now. The service was slow andunderwhelming. But in this economy, it's hard to find good help. Read more
Went late, about 45 mins before closing so food was made to order. Ordered the western burger combo and an apple turnover. The... burger was ok but the fries wreaked and tasted like old oil. The apple turnover was no better... smelled of grease and hadlittle to no filling in it. For roughly $14, I was thoroughly disappointed... especially when I passed up a stop at Sheetz to gohere. Maybe it was just a bad night, but it sure was a huge turnoff for thoughts of future stops. Read more
The service was excellent; they brought the dishes to the table, which doesn't happen in most fast-moving restaurants. The Club... chicken burger is grilled so well and it is juicy. Recommended one. Read more
While heading toward vacation, our family van broke down in Hancock, MD. This Hardees was across the street from the car repair... shop. Our family was tired, discouraged, hot, and hungry. After we sat in the wonderful AC eating fries for over an hour, themanager noticed us and came over to see if we needed anything. After we explained the situation, the staff was verysympathetic, checking on us frequently over the next four hours and even brought us a complimentary order of chicken fingers(cooked perfectly btw). It was obvious that this staff (under the leadership of both Bree and Bonnie that day) cared about us aspeople. This was exceptional customer service. Read more
The employees are the most disorganized I have ever seen. And the slowest service, for what I think should be fast food. I went... inside to order even thought i got it to go because the drive through was wrapped around the whole building and the firstvehicle was honking his horn to get someone to take his order. And inside all the manager was doing was kept apologizing. Iworked at hardies in breezewood for years and this place and employees would have been fired!!!! So sad won't be back Read more

I visit once in a while for their delicious mushroom swiss burgers, visited last week and had a large order picking up for... myself and 3 other people, got the big hardee sandwich for a change and loved it. I have some difficulties with my leg so usedthe drive-thru. They have plenty of space to pull people up that have larger orders so they can take care of the next customer.Parking is great and the staff are always so nice. The inside seems a little cramped but that may be because I visited theinside when they were really busy. Read more
