It is my understanding that this place recently changed to new management and it shows. There are no longer fountain drinks, you... can only purchase by the bottle. Don't attempt to ask for any kids size drinks or a free cup of water because cups and ice nolonger exist here. Coloring paper and crayons are not available. Apparently they have limited ovens and one pizza takes about 45minutes to bake. The silverware and dishes were dirty. We were told because the new management took out the water softener sothings aren't get cleaned. While our server was super nice, they could not keep up with requests. We will not be back. Read more
Love there pizza but after COVID it's just a shell of itself,there no dining experience, without the waitress, salad bar the... people,it seems like an excuse to run the place with a skeleton crew? Read more
I hadn't been to a Pizza Hut in years. It's almost hidden. Definitely outdated inside, but the pizza was great, the waitress was... a sweety, I'd definitely go back again. Read more
Disappointing. There was no one there, we were the only eat in customers. No fountain drinks, just a bottle, so no refills. No... ice tea. The place has really gone downhill :( Could use a facelift and some life put back into it. Read more

The worst pizza hut I EVER been too!! They kept messing up are order not once not twice but 3 times!! No fountain drink!! And... then when they messed up on 1 of are pizzas there answer was will just give u the ingredients to put on it. Waitress acted likeshe hated her job!!! NEVERRRRRR AGAIN!!!! Read more
Finally visited this location after moving to the area several months back. Ordered online and my order was hot and ready at the... quoted time. Staff was friendly and the place was nice and clean. I always add a little extra love and spices to my take outpizzas, since I normally make my own, but overall the thin crust pie that I ordered was very nice and tasty. Not many dine outor take out options in Hancock, so everyone should check out this place while visiting or relocating to the area. Read more
We were going to dine in but when I asked for a club soda they said they only had pop. When I asked for water the girl said they... had no bottles of water. When I asked for a glass of water she said they don?t serve glasses of water. ??? So ?. I ordered apizza to go. When I got to my motel and opened the box I discovered that the only topping on the pizza was chicken it wasmissing all the five other toppings. When I took it back they apologized and gave me two fresh pizzas that were quite good. Read more
