The inside of store needs a total remodel, soda machine old and falling apart, spraying liquid all over the place. Flies all... over the light vents, soon as open burger had them all over food. Messed up order of course and just stabbed a ton of bacon on aregular burger with no cheese.. cheese on it! 15 bucks an hour to screw up! Get the workers to clean that place! ???? ???? Read more

Placed order inside, waited nearly a half an hour while people who placed larger orders after me were being served. Finally had... to investigate and noticed they never even began to make my order. It was abundantly clear that they did not care. The onlysaving grace is that the employee who appeared to be the manager noticed what was happening and fixed it and even gave me anextra fry for the trouble. For the prices this establishment charges, the least that could be done is that orders come outright. Read more
Classic Big Mac combo on the drive back home. Wherever you go to find a rest stop, there is the likelihood of finding a... McDonald's. They have a consistency that is expected with years and years of food delivery experience and service. The frieswere exceptionally long and the bun was fluffy. Typical of what you see advertised. Long wait every single time. Orders are wrong at least 80% of the time. Ordered 2 burgers and 1 fry, asked to pull ahead to... wait for our order. Meanwhile 4 people behind us got their food. Waited 15 minutes. Food isn't even worth that wait. Especiallywhen it's wrong. Read more
We stop here to and from Binghamton often. Staff are very pleasant and friendly. You order and they bring the food piping hot... to your table. The chicken nuggets were the best I?ve ever tasted at any McDonald?s. We will be stopping here on every roadtrip upstate. Read more
I will say this...the customers that frequent this McDonald gave this place a 4 out of 5. Without them a 3 was the best I could... do. Small and not clean inside. Saw tables not taken care of and the floor was a mess. Perhaps they were under staffed on thisparticular day. The friendly local crowd is what was noticable. Hats off to you. Everyone was friendly saying hi, holding doors,and striking up conversation. Nice seeing good people about. Read more
Stopped during a 3 hour drive with my kid. Food was exactly what you would expect. My issue was hearing the manager mocking... someone with disabilities as a joke while I'm sitting there with my Autistic son. He thought she was making fun of him. He's 10.NOT OK Read more
