We felt so bad for one girl acting as server / bar tender / hostess / takeout cash, to a restaurant that was filling up, only... one person that we saw working out front for all customers. The 4 of us decided to leave not because of the service (we nevergot to order) but to relieve some of the pressure off her, at one point I thought she just went into the back to cry. We endedup at Cousin Vinny?s where they had ample staff to take care of our food and drinks. That girl working last night is probably arock star server, I suggest you start with retaining her. Have been going to this location for about 5-6 months here and there. they never disappoint, the food is amazing, always fresh,... the chicken is a phenomenal choice, crispy and juicy lol. the costumer service is good, the one downside is that they alwaysseem low staffed and take a bit to recognize you when you step in but that?s sudbury for you. all in all it?s a great place togo if you?re looking for some nice food and a good customer service experience. It was a nice quite evening only a couple other tables were occupied. The waitress was curtious and friendly although she messed... up the order, and forgot a drink and couldn't remember who ordered what.Apart from that the food was great,although the portionsize for kids is huge and I have more fingers on my hands than the fries I recieved. I would still go back and still leave atip. Hopefully she was just having a rough evening. Read more
Went this afternoon for lunch and the lady that seated us was very nice. The second waitress not so much seemed like she hated... her job. The food was overcooked and the calamari was super greasy as was the fish and chips. Will not be going back. Sad sincethere are not many restaurants in Hanmer. Read more
