We felt so bad for one girl acting as server / bar tender / hostess / takeout cash, to a restaurant that was filling up, only... one person that we saw working out front for all customers. The 4 of us decided to leave not because of the service (we nevergot to order) but to relieve some of the pressure off her, at one point I thought she just went into the back to cry. We endedup at Cousin Vinny?s where they had ample staff to take care of our food and drinks. That girl working last night is probably arock star server, I suggest you start with retaining her. Have been going to this location for about 5-6 months here and there. they never disappoint, the food is amazing, always fresh,... the chicken is a phenomenal choice, crispy and juicy lol. the costumer service is good, the one downside is that they alwaysseem low staffed and take a bit to recognize you when you step in but that?s sudbury for you. all in all it?s a great place togo if you?re looking for some nice food and a good customer service experience. It was a nice quite evening only a couple other tables were occupied. The waitress was curtious and friendly although she messed... up the order, and forgot a drink and couldn't remember who ordered what.Apart from that the food was great,although the portionsize for kids is huge and I have more fingers on my hands than the fries I recieved. Went this afternoon for lunch and the lady that seated us was very nice. The second waitress not so much seemed like she hated... her job. The food was overcooked and the calamari was super greasy as was the fish and chips. Will not be going back. Sad sincethere are not many restaurants in Hanmer. Read more

What has happened to the dining experience ???? ?! -Took 5 minutes to be acknowledged and there were 4-5 tables. - Bench was... filthy. - Watched the bartender take a swig of a customers beverage. - Server forgot our utensils, drinks and order ! - Had toeat cold food with plastic utensils. ???? Took long to be seated. Wife ordered fish tacos, but got fish & chips. Server took it back to let the BOH deepfry the pieces... again, and slap em in a taco with some crumbly cheese. Server brought food, almost left wiithout providing cutlery. Had to eatour meals with plastic forks. No ketchup bottles, but plenty of mustard and relish on the tables? Watched bartender take adrink from a patrons drink, while waiting 15 mins for my drink. By the time the wifes fish tacos came out, my food was fairlycold. Poor experience almost all around. We went tonight as a family of 4 for dinner. When we first arrived we were told they were out of onion rings, cheese curds, dill... sauce and southern BBQ sauce. We were all really hungry so we stayed. My husband,daughter and myself all ordered the rib andwing combos(most expensive meal on the menu $25 each) our other daughter got the chicken burger and poutine styled the fries.Waitress came back about 15 minutes later to inform us they then ran out of fries and were serving frozen fries ????. Afteratleast 40 minutes we finally received our food. I was served first, while the other 3 had to wait another 5 minutes for theirplates to arrive. Their $25 meal consisted of half rack of ribs that were overcooked and tasted like boxed ribs, 4 small tinywings that were terrible and cold with a poutine that was maybe 10 fries in a little bowl, was missing the coleslaw as well. Myhusband and daughter received their meals and again small rack of gross ribs My husband had 4 flat wings and my daughter onlygot 3 wings with her and maybe 15 fries again missing coleslaw. Fries were also half frozen and gross. Waitress was apologeticwhen we spoke up about the meal and offered us coupons for 1lb of free wings for the location which we will never return toagain. She did bring my husband and daughter each 2 more wings but never offered me any. My other daughters chicken burger wascold and the batter was dark and burnt in color. We will never return to another st louis because of this one location and theirservice. We would have turned the meals away but we were hungry and really didn't feel like going elsewhere. I was sodisappointed getting a $130 bill when our meals and service was atrocious. Only good thing at this location was the beer. Saveyourself time and money and go across the street to MacDonald you'll get more food and better quality. Read more
