This is mostly a complaint about management and not the workers. Food wise, they never have what you order they're usually... "out" ... Be it baked goods or sausage. The culprit is poor management. If you know you're a busy location (and truly anybusiness) should be tracking sales and assessing sale trends to make sure you are ordering adequate supplies. Slow and cashier let another customer cut in front of me after waiting 5 minutes in line already
Great people and amazing atmosphere. Have my coffee every morning with the old timers and it makes my morning pass by quickly... til I'm off to work. Love it Read more
If i could leave no star I would. I did order from mobile pick up as I was on my way to work and yes they were busy but I... shouldn?t been got an attitude from the staff. One staff passed my food aggressively as well? They seemed very annoyed with fact that i ordered from mobile for pick up?.I never experienced that when I ordered from mobile for pick up in differentlocation and they were always prepared and had it all ready and never got annoyed with it. If you don?t like people orderingfrom mobile to pick up maybe should get rid of it. Or wonder if it has todo with race too.. either way.. Just ruined my morning? Read more

When you order an item off the menu and they tell you they are out, no problem. However if the next 4 substitutes I choose... instead are also unavailable, then someone dropped the ball. Read more
Great service, my only complaint, and this goes for literally every Tim Hortons in Subdury, is that you have to ask for a... sleeve. If you pick the cup up and hand it to the customer and its almost burning your hand, it should be a given to put asleeve on it. 99% of the employees don't sleeve scalding hot coffee or tea. If it spills into the customers lap when you handthem the coffee. That's a law suit waiting to happen. Don't know how it hasn't happened yet or more often at every single TimHortons in Sudbury.
