They have great food here but the reason I say 3 star is because of how the employees interacted with not only us but each other... .... No communication skills .... After waiting in the drive-up line for approximately 15 minutes our order was really messed up. Had the wrong fries and a... totally different sandwich than we ordered. When we returned to store to get the right sandwich, the staff was veryargumentative. When we received the replacement sandwich, it was also wrong. I ordered a Pecan chicken salad sandwich.. When we got home and I took it out ,most of it was just bread there were hardly any... ingredients at all I had 2 grapes chopped in half each.. Maybe 6 or 7 Pecan chunks, Maybe 2 tablespoons chicken On these 2 bigpieces of bread.. I had to push the ingredients down and then it only took up half the breads.. so I Pull the other half off andthrew it away..very disappointed.. Good service, the cashier even remembered my name when I put in a 2nd order. We received our food quickly for both orders,... though we went mid-afternoon when the lobby was nearly empty. We became a fan of their sliders, with several options includingbuffalo chicken, jalapeño beef, and turkey. When we went they were only $1 a piece (2-5 pm). Read more
