I was driving through Hannibal driving from Iowa going to stl I happen to stop by Casey?s with my husband on Thursday 13th 2022... because they have amazing hot pizza in the warmers. Well a guy was being rude to one of the crew memebers and yelling and beinghateful. I happen to pull the crew memeber aside and asked what his name was she informed me it was the store manager his namewas John if I?m not mistaken but the way he talked to his crew is poor management and poor people skills. Something needs to bedone about this issue. Won?t give up on the Casey?s brand. Read more
I have been to my share of Casey's across Missouri and Illinois and this one is by far the worst of all them. They NEVER have... any fresh pizza or anything else during lunch hours?? I have never been impressed enough with a gas station or gas station employee to write a review until today. It was very busy... because of rush hour, and the cashier, Danielle, was running multiple registers by herself to get through the line at abouttwice the normal rate, and she was still apologizing for the wait. It was very impressive to see. Also, this gas station has atesla charger and it is very fast with many open stalls. Read more
DON?T BUY GAS HERE!! Stopped to fill up on an out of town trip, vehicle wouldn?t start after filling up and I had to have it... towed. Shop pulled the gas and was mostly water. Tried calling gas station to talk but they won?t answer the phone. Read more
DON'T STOP HERE!! ICY TREATMENT BY RUDE LAZY WORKERS!!! I stopped yesterday at 4:30 for a simple small bag of ice. Asked the guy... at the counter if I could buy a small bag of ice. He informed me that the ice cooler was out the door and to the right. So Iprepaid for my ice, went outside to grab it where it was CLEARLY marked as 2.69 for a small bag. When I opened the ice chest, nosmall bags at all.. Only big ones. So being the honest person I am. I grabbed all that was there being a big bag, went in andinformed the clerk that they were out of small bags and I would pay the difference. He told me couldn't do that due to hisobvious LAZINESS and that Id have to pay FOR BOTH BAGS EVEN THOUGH I ONLY GOT 1 BAG. Went in for a slice of breakfast pizza at around 5am. Found one that looked good and got in line. They had one register going... and I guess it wasn't open because of shift change. I waited in line for 5+ minutes but ditched the slice and left when someonegot in line behind me. Can't say I've experienced anything like this before at a gas station. Figure most people at that time ofday are in a hurry and trying to get to work so you'd think they'd have one dang register open even if it was card only orwhatever. Read more
Overall a very nice Casey's. When we visited it was very busy at the pumps and inside. There was a line for the men's restroom... since one of the toilets was out of service. Other than that the store was nice and clean along with the bathroom. Staff waskind and helpful. Read more
Love their breakfast pizza! They are a splurge for me in these hard times. The problem - they won't answer their phone after... repeated calls. I know they're short handed but that's NO way to run a business!!! Read more
