Latest pickup experience wasn't very good but the pizza was excellent
Our Domino's is amazing. Couldn't ask for better service and the food is top notch. I have been a customer since Domino's opened... in Hannibal and I can't think of a time where the place was ever running this good. A+ job Lady's and Gentlemen who make andbring me my pizza. I ordered a pizza and it was very icy driving conditions that day so I expected the delivery to take a little more time than... expected. I received the pizza and the driver was apologetic for how long it took but I said I understood and he left, a lillewhile later I looked at my email and I had been credited 60 points because of the time it took for me to receive my pizza. Imust say I'm really impressed, I order dominos quite frequently and I can see they put customer service number 1. Read more
Placed an order at 9:44 PM. Domino's Tracker said Brandon was confirming my order at 9:54 PM. At 11:10, I received a text... telling me my delivery driver was on the way with an ETA of 11:17. The order tracker told me to expect delivery in 55-65minutes. I called the store twice after 75 minutes and the shop refused to pick up! Needless to say, the pizza was cold! Foodwas delicious (imagine how much better if it was fresh) and order was correct but the exceeding delay and refusal to answercustomer service are inexcusable. Read more
