Went thru drive thru and got back to work and realized they gave me the wrong sandwich. Called and a female im assuming was the... manager? She was very rude and refused to deliver the correct sandwich because i went to the drive thru? So if i walked insideto order makes a difference? Then she hung up on me . Very poor customer service. Update: I went back a couple weeks later and they redeemed themselves. Sandwich making varies by the person, so it may have been... the girl making it this time, but she did fantastically. Hopefully this keeps up! I love Jimmy John?s, but this location wasn?tquite up to par. It was clean and the staff was friendly enough, but they didn?t do a very good job on my sandwich. Being avegetarian, there?s not a lot of options so I always get the same thing. Not a big deal because I really like the sandwich. Itcomes with avocado on it and I always get extra avocado which is almost a dollar extra, but it?s worth it. At this location,however, the amount they put on my sandwich wasn?t even quite the normal amount let alone the extra that I paid for. Of course Iwas already on the road when I discovered this. Super disappointing. They also took a little while to make my sandwich, I thinkthey had a pick up order that was ahead of mine that was probably pretty big, so not a big deal there either. This place has gone to the dogs. Freaky fast is not something they should advertise. I ordered a little john sandwich with 1... person in front of me and it still took them 15 minutes. It looks like they have a bunch of people that just don't want to work.It gets slower and slower everytime I go there. Read more
Our usual stop when going through Hannibal. I was really disappointed/disgusted to notice the mold on and in the ice maker. The... ice had flecks of black, when I looked at the dispenser I saw where it was coming from. The employees were pleasant and thesandwiches came out quickly as usual and made well. I really hope the lack of cleanliness stopped at the ice maker. Read more
The kitchen is absolutely filthy and the workers are slow and inattentive. Two of them were arguing on the line and one of them... simply walked away. I had to ask for my sandwich after waiting a long time because they lost my order. There are old cardelivery signs stacked in the dining room and a broken electrical cord ?stabbed? my leg for lack of a better word. This isunacceptable and represents a liability. Read more
We stop in Hannibal on our way to and from Kansas City to visit family. Both times this trip was a disaster. 1st stop they... were incredibly slow. Little Caesar?s next door made a large pizza fresh faster than our sandwiches were made. On top of that,the sandwiches were not correctly made. 2nd stop, I order an hour in advance for pick up to ensure it?s ready. I figured if Iordered online for pick up there wouldn?t be ANY confusion on customizations. After being in the car for 3.5 with 5 hungry kidswe show up. The order is just sitting there, not in a bag and no one says anything, finally after a few minutes of standingthere they finally ask if we are here to pick up. Upon starting out on the final part of our drive we realize that not 1sandwich in the bag is even remotely close to what we ordered. Not even remotely close. Had to turn around and go back, forthe staff to just stand there looking even more confused than we left them. Next time we will save the time and gas and stickwith pizza. Read more
Waited 10+ minutes to get an incomplete Vito sandwich with Mayo in place of all the vegetables, oil & vinegar, and the... oregano-basil. Not only did I not ask for Mayo, the sandwich doesn?t even come with it. I didn?t ask for anything special withthe sandwich. I would have been fine with the wait had the sandwich at least been correct. During my 10+ minute wait there 2separate customers that came in and complained because they had being sitting in the drive thru for more than half an hour. Read more
Ordered #12 unwich & #10 hunters club at 5:46 pm. Very disappointed with sandwiches. Lettuce for unwich was brown and extremely... loosely wrapped. Difficult to eat and made a mess. Roast beef on hunter's club was thin and sparingly added. The restaurantwasn't clean and had loud, unpleasant music playing. And why aren't you give a bag for your sandwiches? You have to pick upyour own and put sandwiches in. Going back to Subway for polite staff, clean work areas & restaurant and better quality food. Used to really like Jimmy John's, but not after tonight. Read more
