Disorganized, lack of employee training, and no leadership. Waited an hour for a pizza ordered on the app. Code was received for... the portal but no pizza. No one knew where the order was. I was not the only customer with the same issue. Read more
Great place to grab a quick take-home dinner. The pizza isn't the greatest compared to their competition, but the option of "hot... and ready" solves the dinner dilemma in a pinch! And the customer service this trip was great. Read more

Ordered online, when i showed up after the pick up time and told the lady, she pointed to pizza portal and told me i HAD to do... it there! I entered my number several times and it said invaild(checked pickup location and order# both correct!) She told meit's probably not in there and then turned and waited on next person completely ignoring me! I order online all the time fromthis store and they always help me at the counter! Read more
