Owner needs to spend more time working and training, less time marketing. Asked for an extra HOT latte, they said they could do... it. It was hardly even warm when I got it. Certainly not hot, let alone extra hot. It?s like this every season. Promisespromises. Baby bottle warm lattes. :/ Who trains these baristas? Because I?ve heard of similar experiences where simplerequests are rarely fulfilled + ignorance of basic drink preparation. Cupcake was from a previous trip. So, even the bakedgoods aren?t safe. Have seen for long time diving by and finally stopped in. Have heard many good things and was not disappointed. Great friendly... staff and fast service. Will be back for sure and would highly recommend it to anyone else. Read more
Walked over here from the Quality Inn & Suites. The giant sign and pineapple décor drew us in. The staff was extremely... welcoming and the coffee was exactly what I wanted! I got a toffee nut latté and it was perfection. Not brewed too hot so thatthe espresso still held it's flavor, not too much syrup to mask the coffee, and just enough milk. We ordered the raspberry gelato and didn't finish it. The flavor was to harsh and it tasted like artificial flavoring. We did... butt some cookies as well and they were both delicious. Read more
If you are into coffee you?ll be disappointed. Wife asked for a pour over and they didn?t know what that was. Staff was amazing!... However the missing tiles on the table for outside seating was a surprise and the coffee was bland. Very clean inside. Theydefinitely spent some money on the facilities and it shows. Beautiful space just couldn?t figure out what their nichewas. Imagine a Dunkin? Donuts that sells ice cream instead of food and that?s what it is. Read more
Very nice place. Food is very good and. nice vibe. Service was pleasant. For dine-in customers need to serve some food in a... plate / basket not a bag. Sandwiches are ok but It?s hard to eat quiche from a bag. Also had takeout from here and when youput all the food in small paper bags by time it gets to office it?s all squished. Otherwise 5 stars.
