Employees were very unhelpful with eta?s for orders. Waited 40 minutes for 3 pretzels today. Would?ve left had it not been for a... to-go order for someone else. Read more

Beware...Covid Risk. At Glen Burnie, 12:55 pm 4/29/30 Manager placed food in warmer with bare hands. We tried to educate... her...she spoke perfect English first. Then, when we politely told her she was going to make people sick l, she didn?tunderstand English. It?s on camera. People need to be safe...pandemic is not a play thing. This is only written because they didnot take the education from a public health professional seriously. Read more

The pretzels were good. I noticed that they hired quite a few employees with special needs. They were all upbeat. Beautiful.

I completed my 4 laps morning walk today at the mall, however today was a little different. My kids were with me due to a snow... day. Initially we stopped at the hub location and was greeted by a very pleasant worker, we wanted hot dogs however he informedus the main store had not bought him any. He quickly offered an apology (he was very friendly and professional) and handed overa coupon to go to the main store in the mall. I almost left due to a business call I needed to tend to, however my kids wereasking for the hotdogs. I then decided to take that short walk to the main location because the guy was so pleasant and offereda coupon. When I arrive at the main location I asked for 3orders of hot dogs before I could finish my orders, I was told theydid not have any by one young lady (around 11am), another young lady says "we don't make meat products untill noon", the firstyoung lady then asked another employee (young lady near the oven) when will the hotdogs she put in be ready. At this point theyoung lady in the back near the oven smiles and says "I don't know what you are talking about" , from what I personally got fromthat was she probably was going to eat them. At this point I just paused and looked at all 3 of them for 30seconds then I walkedaway. I was disapointed and so were my 3 boys. Hope you all coach these ladys on standard customer service practices. The youngguy at the hub location was so pleasant that's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Read more

My fiancé and I came here last night around 9:25pm. So my fiancé asked what kind of pretzels they had. We knew since they were... closing around 9:30-10pm that more than likely what they had was all. Okay that was fine. We settled for a regular pretzel and aside of cheese which came to $3.90. So the cashier asks if we had anything less than the $20 bill that we had. We said the onlyother bill was a $1 bill. They said, "Well it's $3.90 and we do not have any small bills." Now there was a line when we walkedup and a line when we left. Since our service was refused because they said that they couldn't break a $20 bill, we went toanother pretzel stand with better service and they had the kind that we wanted so we didn't have to settle! This is ridiculous. We waited in line only to get to the front and they say they don't have any change. How about you announce that before you havepeople waiting in the line?! The manager stood right there and didn't say anything. Read more
