We went on a Friday night. The fact that it's in a busy mall and was almost empty should have been a dead giveaway, especially... since the sports bar literally next door was packed out and had a 40 minute wait time. My husband drinks diet, the waitressgave him a regular soda instead, when he asked about it she lied about it and gave an attitude. Thankfully he isn't diabetic,but he can taste the difference. If he had been diabetic that would have been dangerous. Anyway, the appetizers came outquickly, we were very hungry, but then we had to wait 45 minutes after the appetizers for our actual food to come out. Duringthat time my husband finished his regular soda and set the cup on the edge of the table. Our waitress walked by multiple times,until he asked her to refill his drink. She "kept forgetting" and he asked her for a refill two more times before finallygetting it. When we finally got our food our burgers were cold. She barely checked on us at all. Truly the worst experience and the worse buffalo wild wings. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned and was the intro to a horrible... experience. It took 10 minutes after bring seated for a waiter to take our order. After 20 or so minutes the food came out witha salad that was 50% spoiled Lettuce. We asked for napkins since we were never given any and it took the waitress another 10minutes to bring the napkins and fork. A family of two that was seated before my family of 3 still did not receive their foodeven after we were complete which took an hour due to all of the delays. The menu's were dirty and the busboy didn't clean asingle table the entire time we were there. We went on a weekday evening. The server was all alone, serving everyone that was dining in. They were fantastic, worked as hard... as possible to get all orders in and communicated that they were all alone. The server was amazing but frankly any place thatoverworks one employee is not a place to spend your money. I'm giving 5 stars because of our server but this BWW does notdeserve your support. Waitress was sweet and she was attentive to everyone even though it was busy! I almost gave it a 3 star because the host was... rude literally did a half job on cleaning off the table and didnt give us our drink and food menu. But the waitress was greatthe drinks and food was delicious! So all together it turned out to be a pleasant night! <3 Read more

I am a regular customer to this place as Im a huge fan of the boneless wings. I usually order Thai curry and garlic parmesan... sauces on the Thursday BOGO offers. Recently I had been to the store for an in person pick up and thier customer service wasworst. They had the customers waiting for over 15-20 min at the counter while chatting and laughing in the kitchen. I can throwa blind eye at all of this had they served the order correctly. These guys at the store somehow miss a box for the big offers.When I ordered food the other day, they had given me bone-in wings with the wrong sauce and count. Not sure what goes wrong thatthey give orders not only with a different count but also with different sauce while they have all of this information right onthe billing receipt. I strongly think the employees should be serious and try and be professional and attend to customers likethey do at the other centers! Husband ordered food for take out. He waited at the register for a long while waiting for someone to speak to him so he could... get our food. Several workers looked at him but ignored him completely. When someone fialy did acknowledge him, they got thefood and left just as fast so we were unable to get extra ranch dressing. My wings looked like they forgot about the lemonpepper and they clumped it and threw it all on there, with some wings not even getting it on there. Terrible service. Will notbe back to this one. Larger than normal Buffalo Wild Wings. Same menu as others with regional adult beverages in addition to standard national and... international brands. Very short staffed but service was prompt and professional. More TVs for sports than you can imagine. Read more
