Second time I came to this location since we moved here. This is the second time my order was wrong. They read back my order via... Drive thru and it was correct. When I pick up my order they claim I only ordered one large fry when it was read back astwo. How does the order change from drive thru line to pick up window? When did they stop double checking orders before givingthem to the customer. I'm so frustrated; I told my husband - we just won't come to this location again because they just can'tseem to get it right. Read more
Love this location of Chick-Fil-A! I?m a big fan of the market salad (such a great, healthier option for fast food), waffle... fries and, of course, the chicken. Kids love the kids meals (they typically come with a book or puzzle instead of a toy). Linetends to be long, but it moves fast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Read more

Be aware that this location does get very busy. Considering the volume, I think they do a good job managing the crowd. When I... last ate in, I visited on off peak hours. The line moved very quickly, and I could see the same for the drive though. The staffwas friendly and quick. The tables and bathrooms were clean as was the rest of the restaurant. Read more
I?ve never seen a chick-fil-a with a double drive through that wraps all around the building. If that should tell you anything,... they are super efficient here. The service was quick and polite and I would definitely go here again, although it?s not close. Read more
The food experience was great as usual, but the employee experience was awful, ignored outright multiple times after they've... acknowledged me being there, after being ignored my 3 employees walking briskly past me, i had to go and grab a cashier tofinally get the some sauces which they forgot to bring me. That's a small issue and barring the part where the employeeswillfully ignored me that's fine, what's not excusable however is the amount of employees that are taking up multiple booths andconversing on their phones without a care in the world. Over six booths taken up by employees hanging out while multiplecustomers had to end up changing their orders after they received them to go, so they could find somewhere to eat. The managerat the time ignoring customers and the situation and walking by as customers have to get up and leave. That and the amount ofemployees breaking etiquette and cussing loudly amongst customers. The customer service was horrid overall, when only a 1/10 ofthe employees are dutifully working and those being the chefs and the drive thru workers, you know something is wrong. Read more
