I ordered the steak burrito and got chicken. Paid for steak. My coworker got plastic thing in her taco. Disappointing.
I love Chipotle and this might be the worst one I've ever been to. No more hot sauce bottles because they're portioned, no... working fountain water, the whole bowl was so watery, they left a bay leaf in my rice, and the guacamole wasn't salted and hadlettuce in it! Order was late and when I opened the bowl after I ordered double everything I got a quarter of even normal portions. Avoid this... chipotle at all costs, take the L and goto Chick-fil-A or something if you want chicken Read more
Hands down, worst Chipotle I've ever eaten at. The state of the trash cans sums up the entire experience. Food spilled... everywhere on the serving counter. Cross contamination (chicken in the cheese bin). No barbacoa. No guac. No queso. 2 sodafountain dispensers out of service. Every table was dirty. Employees playing pranks on each other while serving customers. Bayleaves in my burrito. Well, was a burrito--it completely fell apart. This store is hurting corporate's brand and image. Read more
While the people are nice, service was fast, I think finally I got a chipotle location which gets portions right for my burrito... bowl. But when I ate it, it?s so salty, may be it?s just by accident or I simply got a bad batch, but it was really salty ! Ontop of that they forgot my side of tortilla too. Read more
They make their customers stand outside in the weather because they are short staffed. Now the employees have to run back and... forth to the door (doors are locked) and deliver food. This seems way less efficient. It's also very poor customer service.While I was here they had 6 customers waiting outside all angry. No one comes to the door when you knock. The employee justrandomly comes to the door every 5-10 min. They also lost quite a few customers because the didn't want to order online so theywalked Away. Read more
This location is always pretty busy but as of recently the mobile order service is terrible. They keep the orders behind the... counter, inaccessible to customers, I?m assuming to prevent theft and people picking up the wrong order, which isunderstandable. But when I came to pick up your order none of the staff asked me what the name on my order was. They insteadwalked past me and stood in the kitchen texting on their phones with their gloves on. When I finally got the attention of one ofthem she seemed very inconvenienced by me asking her if she could check for my order. The order she ended up giving me was thewrong one so I had to take it back to get the right one. Then I got home to eat my food, I found an entire old avocado inside myguacamole. Needless to say even though this is the closest chipotle to my house I will not be returning. Read more
This is one of the worst chipotles we?ve been to. Their customer service is horrible and the restaurant itself is always dirty... and disgusting. Food wise their chips are always stale, portions are small, and nothing ever tastes fresh. Read more
