My family and I drove out to the Arundel Mills mall Dairy Queen location from Crownsville for ice cream since the Odenton... location was closed and upon arrival the staff were already breaking down the ice cream machine early prior to closing... it was6pm and there's still an hour until closing at this location (7pm). This is highly unprofessional as there was nothing wrongwith the machine, they were just closing up early and telling customers to get a smoothies instead... totally unacceptable,especially on Father's day!!! I can?t share any details because as I was waiting for my wife to join me so we could order together they closed... 40 minutes... early!!! I argued with them, showing their posted schedule and the owner said there was no business. Meanwhile in under fiveminutes they turned away 8 customers! The pandemic has caused businesses to become lax in their customer service and this isone more example of laziness! Read more
It?s inside the mall, so it?s a bit more expensive than the stand alone stores. It?s also less varied in what you can order. It... may have just been an unlucky visit, but the strawberry and pineapple toppings used for our banana split were terribly old. Theytasted sour and the pineapple topping had begun to lose its color. Even the banana was old. We ended up having to eat aroundjust about everything that?s included in a banana split making it a pointless treat! The staff was very kind, though. They wereattentive and quick. i went to get a buy one get one for $.80 blizzard and the girl told me that they didn?t do promos there. i?ve gone time times... before and never had a problem with promos. apart from that, my blizzard wasn?t served upside down like how they?re supposed tobe. the other girl gave me the excuse that ?the cup underneath was broken.? so where?s my free blizzard? I arrived at 6:45/ and they are serving smoothies only because they r on ?quitting time minds? these kids are deciding on their... own to cheat the company out of working time! Not bad. Girls behind the counter were not polite and one came from the back licking fingers like she just got done eating... something and didn't wash hands and then proceeded to take my order. Filthy habits up front only makes me wonder what goes on inthe back. Read more
The morning manager is a sweetheart.. she remembers you and always asks how your doing and always has something nice to say...... My order has never been wrong... I wish all Dairy Queen's were like this one... Clean, nice staff, and over all a goodexperience at a fast food place... Read more
