Exciting time for our 9 yr old as we celebrate her birthday!! In once they opened and everything is a Go! We are playing games!... Eating fresh food and the adult beverage was yummy as well. We had a good time out with a few work colleagues. The price was almost right for what we got (bowling and arcade), but I... couldn't imagine funding teens to play more than on a rare occasion. A couple of the lanes were defective, but we had reallygood service from the attendants, so no big issue. I loved how much space there was throughout, but again this would be a hugenegative for teens. Overall, I would go back again, and soon. Big thanks for Dave & Buster's hosting an enjoyable event. Just no...if you want to wait EXTRA long for your order go here. Trust the reviews on Google and Yelp. Notice the same trend... with no change in service for months. Food was okay. Not good when you go there for the first time on a slow night ***seepics** for a young teen birthday dinner and our only a party of 7. We waited about an 1 hr for our dinner...not kidding and theplace wasn't busy at all. A senior citizen family member ordered her salad early and didn't get it until we questioned what theheck was going on. We were told by OUR waitress (after we asked someone else to find her!!) it was sitting in the kitchenwaiting to be picked up. Our waitress then said she had it remade so it would be fresh but why not pick it up the first time? Before even returning with the salad she did proceed to bring over a stranger's baby from another table to our table and say"Sorry, I couldn't resist this cute baby!" We were completely shocked and annoyed at this point. I guess at least someone (thestranger's baby) was getting her attention. She saw our look and said hold on I will be right back which she did after takingher time. There was one waitress serving two tables adjacent to us and was on it. Very attentive. I had to ask her for refillwaters. I did ask this waitress (not our own mind you b/c she was no where to be seen for a loooong time) and 2 differentpeople (a table cleaner included in this) for refills on water, naps, and where our food was. The manager did come and comp forthe salad and a little of the other food which was something to make amends for the disastrous service. Honestly, the overalldining experience will be remembered as terrible on what should have been a relaxing dinner and the damage was done. Thisreally shouldn't have happened as this was a small party of 7 and literally lots of EMPTY tables around. We explained about thesalad and he said sorry. Came around 2pm… Played some games for a friend’s Birthday, which was fun! Got the wings and fries appetizer and Strawberry... Lemonade… under $55 for the games and food! Not bad for a couple hours of entertainment! Read more
The food was bad but the drinks from my favorite bartender Chuck were delicious, I wouldn't want anyone else serving me. He gets... off around 5 so get here before then to have the best drinks of your life! My friend and I had the Cajun shrimp dip and that wasthe only thing we liked. The burger was over cooked and basically white, chewy and super dry. The French fries were not seasonedand when I had salt, for some reason it also had sugar in it making the fries taste even worse. I've had the wings here beforeand they were good. The fish & Chips serves a large piece of fish, the breading was crispy, with no seasoning, and dry fish. Thetartar tasted home made and nothing like tartar, it tasted like onion dip. I would come here again for drinks from Chuck, but Iwould not order food again. Thanks Chuck for being an awesome host. super fun! had a galentine’s day with friends and it was the perfect place to go. definitely a little busy in the arcade part... for a friday night, but we were SUPER surprised by the quality of the food!! so so good! our waitress kaya was super sweet andvery patient!! we ordered the nachos and they were very tasty, the flavors were something i’d expect from an expensiverestaurant. i ordered the mushroom stout burger and once again was so impressed by the quality of it. absolutely recommenddining here!! Hostess saved the night. They had a private event so we got to seat at the bowling area first then moved to the games area where... no one came to take our order. I thought it was because they were understaffed or simply busy but then a saw a group of whatlooked like servers in the bar area just talking. Wonder if they were all taking a break at the same time or just didn’t careabout giving their costumers a good experience. Definitely not coming back here. Read more
