We've had several issues with online delivery orders. The order gets marked as delivered but doesn't show up until over 20... minutes later. We always try to call the store to get an update and immediately get put on hold by the automated system. Theonline system offers a free pizza with their "delivery insurance" but when the order goes completely missing I am going topursue a full refund. Unacceptable service. Read more

Ordered from here for delivery at 7:20 pm. The app said the pizza was ready at 7:39pm but did not get my pizza until 9pm. Tried... calling the restaurant but no one picked up and was waiting for 20min? this is unacceptable Read more

First time using this location. Pizza marked delivered after 3+ hours, was never delivered and no phone calls from delivery... driver/store. On hold for 2 1/2 hours with store, who never answered phone from 11am-2pm the following day - this is not aqueue issue, the call was uninterrupted the entire time. Apparently phones are not "priority" despite locations not being busy.Stores are apparently unable to do refunds if the order was placed the previous day, mine was placed 10pm and marked deliveredaround 1am. One week later and no response from case submitted via web. Contacted corporate and still awaiting the "possibilityof a refund." Delivery insurance offers "60 points" or "20% off order" when the value of my order far exceeds both; this onlyappeals to illegitimate claims I'd imagine. Only location I've ever had an issue with. I would go without eating pizza for therest of my life if this was the only place during a pizza apocalypse. Read more
I don?t know the men and women of this Domino?s crew? but what I do know is that when i?m craving pizza at a late hour of any... given weekend night, this crew absolutely kills it. In all seriousness, whoever is making these pizzas on late weekend nightsdeserves a raise. Thank you for putting in the effort and actually making it good, well beyond my expectations. i placed an order on thursday i ordered the bbq & bacon chicken when i got the order it was pain chicken wings i called to... tell them my issue & she put me on hold for 1/2 hour all i wanted was to have them deliver the correct order i placed she kepttransferring me to different people who could help me on hold 1/2 hour called back on hold again 3rd time calling on hold againby then i called the corporate office on hold for 45 minutes she said she would get someone to reach out to me nobody has yet todo that at this point i want all my money back for the whole bill they have lost me a customer nobody answers or willing to ficthe problem is the 1st lady kept telling me to call back in a hour!!! terriable customer service !!!
