The store was so busy the other day I could not wait for my meal and get back to work on time. After a week I got a hold of the... manager and was told I was issued a refund. No refund anywhere. I tried to contact corporate, but you can not get anyone. OnlyFAQ's. Nowhere to actually reach them about this concern. I would go to a location almost every weel. This complete failure ofcustomer service has now cost JM a weekly purchase from myself, family, and anyone else I'm with for the next 30 to 40 years. Iguess JM hanging on to my $10 is worth more to them. I will refuse to order therefore making anyone I'm with have to ordersomewhere else. Read more
This is the second time I go and I understand during lunch they get so busy but my order was completely wrong and I still had to... wait about 30 minutes. Several low marks. Front door is cruddy with stickers stuck to it. One bathroom is out of order and the other bathroom was... occupied by an employee for over 15 minutes. Bathroom had no paper towels and had long hairs in dirty sink. 7 employees standingaround, 2 actually doing work. One friendly employee, big guy, greeted me and other customers, he gets it and did good job.Others did not. One customer behind me was ignored by staff for 3 min while she stood at deli counter. Food was decent but notup to JM standards. Location also had random MacBook setting out in customer area with random soda bottles strewn about. Read more
Don?t sleep on Jersey Mike?s! Got a giant Big Kahuna on rosemary parm, with chips & a drink for $20. Little pricey, but this... things probably a 14? sub. Great meat to bread ratio, though I wish the bun could be a little toasted. I also liked the customerservice; they just seemed nice & engaged. Read more
If you are ordering them through Uber Eats, I would suggest not doing so. There is no way to truly customize your sandwich; you... can request extra toppings/meats/cheeses/etc., however you can not request they go light on any toppings. As a result, mysandwich was soaked with oil and vinegar to the point where the bread was grossly soggy. I asked them to add mayonnaise andmustard to the sandwich, and there was so much mustard on the sandwich that it was basically inedible. I will not likely beordering from here again any time soon. Came on a weekday at 12:15 and it was the lunch crowd. Sandwich was good. One side looked as if it was just making phone ahead... orders or something. The hold up is that they slice the meat and cheese fresh as you order. One person taking your order andworking slicer, one that preps your sandwich with your toppings, I had the "Mike's way" with everything and one that rings youup and then there were 4 or more people there too but some on the other side and maybe one that was training. Sandwich was good,maybe just call ahead, order online if you in a lunch hurry. Oh and they have a watermelon ice tea and it was ok. Read more
This location has issues. I ordered two giant subs, one cold, one hot. They started making the cold sub as a regular, but I was... standing there so I caught it. I waited 15 minutes for the hot sub. It's a regular. I checked the receipt and they charged it asa regular, so I took it and left. For to go orders, they don't have a carryout rack like most other locations do, so everyonethat comes in with an online order distracts and confuses the already busy and confused employees. Part of the order takingissue probably has to do with the employees wearing masks. Other than that, the food was fine. Just an annoying 20 minuteexperience. Read more
