Started out great. Went down hill quickly. The initial service was prompt. The salad my co-worker ordered looked wonderful... and she was quite happy with THAT. She also ordered a pepperoni pizza. Well.... we all know pepperoni can be a littlegreasy.... but the pepperoni edges curled up and was SOOOO GREASY that there were LITERALLY 1/4 inch POOLS of GREASE in most ofthe pepperoni. My coworker picked up pieces of pepperoni and POURED out the pools of GREASE. My pizza was missing theprecooked bacon but because our waitress was sitting at the counter playing on her phone, I had to walk my Pizza to her. Another gal took my pizza and passed it back to the cook. He then put COLD precooked bacon on my pizza. When I expressed mydissatisfaction, the manager (or whomever) said "that's how we do it". She had no interest in warming all of my pizza andtoppings together! NONE! As for the plates.... the first 2 we were given had greasy streaks and smudges on them. The samemanager gave me 2 more. BONUS! The SECOND round of plates had GREASE smudges AND CRUMBS!!! I finally just asked for paperplates and she gave me tiny little h'or deurve plates that I could fit ONE pizza square at a time. After that, our waitressCLEARLY had an attitude with us. The sad part is she displayed her "tude" to my coworker who wasn't even complaining aboutanything. I was the one expecting my bill and 20% tip to deliver better than $1 menu quality. WORST EVER! DON'T. JUSTDON'T. I won't even bother talking about the REST of what was wrong with MY pizza???? They do a great job.. the food is always hot and prepared well. The staff is really nice too which is a bonus.
Great pizza; best in the Hanover/Jessup area. A little more expensive than the other pizza chains, but it certainly makes up for... it with the quality of the pizza. Very tasty! Read more
I placed an online order. The ?manager? forgot to give 3 of my items to the person picking up the order. When I called the... restaurant to let them know she acknowledged she forgot but told me it was impossible for the missing items to be refunded to mycard. I asked could I come in the next day with my card and said ?manager? then tells me no managers will be available theentire weekend. Read more

Unfortunately no wait service at this location. Maryland style pizza that has close to 20 locations within Maryland. Pastry... dough style pizza with provolone cheese in lieu of mozzarella cheese. Square pies only. Very different than classic style pizza.Sauce has that hint of sweetness without it being overbearing. Definitely gets a 7.9. The buffalo chicken pizza gets a 8.2.Definitely a must try for those who don't live in Maryland. Pizza Friday in Maryland for this out of towner was a hit. Read more
The pizza is rectangular not the normal circular pie shape. It's hard to tell where they cut it and the cut it into really small... squares (great for small kids annoying for us adults) the crust does not hold it's own meaning you will make a mess and end upusing a fork and knife instead. (Its pizza! I should be able to use my hands and it not fall apart!) I got bacon added to mineand there was a choice from crispy or soft. I got crispy. There was a lot of bacon (no complaints) and it was large pieces nottiny little chopped up bits. I got here at 710pm on a Thursday. its empty with only 3 others. I got my pizza at 724pm so fastand good service. Read more
This place is one of my favorites of Ledos, there a lady that really knows how to let you know feel comfortable, the pizza is... great, the cooked bacon the best, I really love this place. Thank you for giving us a great service. Read more
