We went to get the cactus plant meal for my daughter. When we ordered we ordered the plant meal and a 2a meal. We pulled around... to get our food and all they put in the bag was a 10pc nuggets and the burger nothing else. When ordering we had explicitlyrequested the meals and were asked what drinks we wanted. The drinks were never added to our order. Their solution, get back inthe very long, slow line and order again. Very disappointing. We went there specifically for the adult happy meals. We were told they no longer had the boxes, however,... they still had the toys. We said okay. We'll get the meals with the toys. They charged us for the adult happy meal. We did notreceive the toys ???? Also, we received the wrong drinks and our food was cold and tasted like it was left over from lunch. Wewere there at 6:00pm and it was very busy. I don't understand why the food wasn't warmer. I always go to this location after leaving the mall and this was the worst experience that I've had. After patiently waiting in... line i finally get to the box to order and I hear nothing, so I waited. The cars behind me started to honk their horn and thelady finally comes on and says what you want, I was busy doing something. I asked her what is all the attitude for and she saidI asked you what you want, like I'm in her home asking for food. I reluctantly ordered so due to hungry kids and while placingmy order she didn't heat the drink and she said hol up what you want??? I asked her again why does she have so much attitudeand she said are you going to order or not and i said NOT and pulled off. Only ordered pickup via their mobile app and had it delivered to my vehicle. Order arrived pretty quickly (within 10 mins for a... 20 piece nugget and 2 large fries) and with the sauces I requested. Nothing major. Only complaint was that the fries were warmas if they were sitting out under the warming lamp for awhile. Read more
