We like coming to Nandos, but tonight's takeout order left little to be desired. I placed my order around 530. A little before... the usual rush. Wasn't in line to order long either. I wasn't directed to where I should be waiting to pick my order up. Istand where a group of people are waiting for their orders. Turns out the restaurant dining in orders are also preparedhere. As time goes on I wonder what's taking so long while others receive their orders, their names being called out as theirorders are ready. I'm waiting for almost an hour and hadn't heard my name. Turns out my order was sitting on the counter at thefront for a while. By the time I get the bag nothing is hot. It's lukewarm. We get home and my husband comments that thechicken tastes old. It was barely covered in sauce and heavily charred in some places. Our kids, who love chicken, wanted littleto do with it tonight. I have had to go to the bathroom many times tonight and feel uneasy.
