We like coming to Nandos, but tonight's takeout order left little to be desired. I placed my order around 530. A little before... the usual rush. Wasn't in line to order long either. I wasn't directed to where I should be waiting to pick my order up. Istand where a group of people are waiting for their orders. Turns out the restaurant dining in orders are also preparedhere. As time goes on I wonder what's taking so long while others receive their orders, their names being called out as theirorders are ready. I'm waiting for almost an hour and hadn't heard my name. Turns out my order was sitting on the counter at thefront for a while. By the time I get the bag nothing is hot. It's lukewarm. We get home and my husband comments that thechicken tastes old. It was barely covered in sauce and heavily charred in some places. Our kids, who love chicken, wanted littleto do with it tonight. I have had to go to the bathroom many times tonight and feel uneasy. Skewers. Fries. Coleslaw. Hot sauce. Name a more iconic quartet. I'll wait very patiently.
Great experience each time. Their unique flavors keep me and my wife coming back for more. Thier speciality chicken sandwich... with a salad and fries to share is a perfect way to refuel after the mall or movies. Read more
Stopped in here for a quick bite after walking the mall. I like the ordering process and the service was really nice. I ordered... one of the bowls and while it was tasty, the chicken was cold. I don't know if that is how it's supposed to be but it would havebeen amazing with hot chicken. Read more
A little salty, and could use a wider selection of flavors / sauces. The garlic sauce is too tangy/sour/vinegary; the lemon herb... was surprisingly the best. The peri peri mayo was good with the wings and fries. Decent wings for a chain. Read more
Great place for a quick bite. Chicken is cooked to perfection. The mango lime sauce along with medium is my go to. Sides are... also delicious Clean place and friendly atmosphere. Read more
So the food is always good here.. However the ordering system is a bit ridiculous. You're seated at your table and have to go... online to order your food, which requires (imo) to me, a lot of information given to their website that I wouldn't want to give,since I'm just trying to order food. The food was decent though, but it was frustrating to order and I noticed other customersweren't happy with the system either. Read more
