Had my first BLTA today and it was a BIG disappointment. Ordered online and my order wasn't ready for pickup. After an inquiry... about when it'd be ready, it was determined my online order wasn't received or had been misplaced. After showing the worker myemailed receipt, she took my phone(didn't even ask) and off she went to ask about it. Finally it was determined my sandwich hadNOT been made and I was told they'd make it right then. I wasn't offered anything extra for the inconvenience of the extendedwait and then the sandwich was made poorly. Did you see my BLTA had two pieces of bacon? WTH!!! ????They need to take a page outof Jersey Mike's book on how to make a BLT. ???? I was so hungry I ate half the sandwich, which was tasty except for the missingtaste of bacon, but couldn't eat the other half out of sheer disgust of the missing bacon ????. I would visit again but wouldn'tdare get a BLTA nor leave the store before ensuring my sandwich was properly made. Read more

Enjoy a roasted sandwich in this "groovy" environment with free WiFi. Located right outside the Arundel Mills Mall with... inside/outside dining. The staff seems excited about the menu and serving customers with a big smile. I'll most definitely beback to enjoy more from this retro sandwich shop. Read more
My complaint with potbelly is they need to change their gloves when making a sandwich. You can?t handle bags, pans, money, and... then go make someone?s sandwich. They need to be better with changing gloves. Customer service skills are lacking, speak clearlywhen talking with customers, also take time to look at the customer when taking their order. Read more
