I dont usually write review but this was disgusting. I wanted to have an order delivered to me. Realized I set it for in cafe... pickup. Ok my bad my fault, I made the order around 9.45a. I call them to cancel the order before they made it. They claim theycanceled it. Called back around 12p because I didn't receive a confirmation or the refund. I was hung up on twice, received allsorts of sass from an associate and supposedly an assistant manager. Telling me it isn't their fault I made the order the wrongway and lecturing me about food cost. Worse experience I've had. I don't recommend this location. Employees are at the height ofdisrespect. Pretty decent experience. Got the Buffalo chicken wrap and it was alright. I'm not sure if it was worth the $8.. But it was... alright. My friend got a couple smoothies and quesadillas and he liked them. Overall the service seemed slow, but the cashierwas nice. Read more

Had a Baja Chicken wrap and it was great! Great taste quickly prepared and the staff was great and I understandable when I went... back to try the peanut butter and banana crunch flatbread. I?ve been to many Tropical Smoothie Cafe throughout Maryland, this is no doubt the worse one I?ve ever been to. I ordered a... Buffalo Chicken wrap and it literally had one piece of chicken with tons of lettuce drenched in Buffalo sauce, I also had ablueberry bliss smoothie that had the consistency of water, it was awful. But the worst part was when I went back to complain,the employees all had attitude issues and didn?t see a problem with my meal, I had another girl remake my wrap and again, I hada ?Lettuce Wrap? I asked them were they low or out of chicken, none of the workers seem to understand my complaint, nor did theyknow how to make wraps of smoothies? I ended up just throwing the food and smoothie in the trash and vow to never return to thatlocation! Read more

The females associates in the store DO NOT know how to make any type of food. Every time I come to this tropical smoothie my... food is always wrong. Today I go again and get the southwest wrap literally 1 piece of chicken. No other tropical smoothie everprepared food like that. The female associates never have a positive attitude nor are they inviting, appearance isn?tclean. When I spoke to the manager he tried to tell me how much chicken by weight should be in the wrap. Which lets me know theyare skimping on food because as a customer I?m telling you something isn?t right but instead of compensation you try to arguethe weight of food. Read more

I haven?t been to a Tropical Smoothie in years, but recently returned to the area. I remember the Waugh Chapel location had... really good plant based meat wraps. This location is closer, so I ordered a plant based wrap and it just wasn?t good. Thetexture of the meat was certainly different and the taste was bland. I also didn?t care for the kale salad. I?ve ordered from this location a few times through doordash and have always left good reviews because the food and the... smoothies were good. This time, however, i was almost done with the first piece of my quesadilla when i took a bite andliterally pulled this out of my mouth. The LONGEST piece of hair made into the quesadilla. The manager refunded me for the fooditem but this was enough to turn me off from this location - definitely won?t be ordering from here for a while. Read more
