I was pretty disgusted as soon as I opened my ?Dry? Rub lemon pepper boneless wings. It looked like they were covered in a layer... of grease. The spot used to be decent but now it's trash. It's a bunch of kids working in there with no real supervision and most of the... orders aren't cooked on time because they're in there playing around. It doesn't help that you never see the owners in there.It's one of those places I hope it goes out of business because there's no customer service or accountability there. I was always hesitant to go to this location because of all the negative reviews. Finally decided to try it out. Ordered... online and was given a wait time of 16-22 minutes. Got there and had to wait 15 extra minutes because the fries were not ready. I don't think that was a big deal. The staff was polite and the wings were really good. Better than I expected considering allthe negative reviews. I will definitely visit again when I'm in the mood for wings. Read more
I ordered a 10 piece wing and received a 3 piece chicken tender. I called and they are going to make up for the mistake.... Hopefully the wings are better than the tenders. I went back in a day later and the made up for the mistake. I received 10wings Mango Habanero and Spicy Korean. Neither of them were very spicy but they were good but nothing great. Take the mistakeout if the equation, I still give Wingstop 3 stars. I had high expectations and was disappointed. Read more
The price of the wings are usually a few dollars cheaper here. They also offer a variety of 6,8, & 10 wings, bone in and bone... out. Our last time here we waited over 20 minutes for less than 20 wings and mine were overcooked. I take my wings serious andwas disappointed with the end product. Read more
Been coming here for 5+ years. This past year, quality has dropped - big time. Ordered a 10 piece. Chicken was still clucking.... Looked like it wasn't cooked for very long. Couldn't finish eating because it was so close to raw... The atmosphere kinda trashtoo. Dude in the back bumping loud trap music. Floors and tables sticky. Bathroom has zero soap, and an empty hand sanitizerbottle. Lights go off after like 10 seconds. Just a heads up. If you're craving wings from a wingstop, I would avoid thislocation. Google needs to start letting us give zero stars, because this place sure deserves one!!! Horrible, just horrible. Everything.... The wings are so tiny, dry, and taste old and bad! I had a wonderful experience at this Wingstop location. The cashier was kind and courteous. My order was ready on time and was... accurately prepared. The night manager Paris lead the staff with dignity. When he instructed the team members on the tasks theywere to complete, he did so with a smile. While there another patron had a concern about their order. Paris listened to thecustomer's concern and quickly provided an amicable resolution. I would definitely return to this Wingstop because of thecustomer service I received from Paris and his team. Read more
