Absolutely disgusting. I tried to give this chipotle a go a few times since I live so close. Never once have they got a single... order right. Always missing something no matter the time of day. Don?t even know if my rice hit water by the way it crunches,straight from the bag of rice to your burrito bowl. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to Derby St and I advise everyone to takethe extra 15 minute drive. Read more
This place deserves a 0 because they close at the time they want. The children they have working here can't do they're job and... are seen letting their little friends in and locking the doors behind them 2 hours before closing. I have no idea who managesthis place but they should be ashamed. Your staff takes advantage of you and you have no concept of business for being theclosest Chipotlane around. Honestly, their line is always a mess and the staff seems careless with the food, so maybe i'm beingsaved from food poising in the long run :) Read more

DO NOT GO HERE I saw the reviews but thought how bad could a chipotle really be? Really really really bad. This place 100% gave... me food poisoning. I literally just threw up. Just picked up chipotle the burritos have nothing in them look like mini burritos very disappointed. No rice in mine at all my... daughter's had no meat in hers. My 2 other kids said it sucked. If I threw them up in the air they would glide down like afeather in the wind. IDK how this place is in business I'm contacting corporate. Read more
This is by far the worst Chipotle location that I?ve ever experienced. They just cannot get a mobile order correct. Ever. I?m... not exaggerating - they mess it up 100% of the time. I?ve tried to give them some slack as they started up but there is aserious management and training issue here that needs addressing. If you are in the area I strongly recommend ordering throughthe nearby Derby St location. Much more competent. Read more
Locked out of restaurant at 9 PM. Ordered online from the parking lot because they were still making online orders (there were... still people eating inside who motioned for us to go through the back ?Exit? door, but they were then told to stop by people intheir group). For both bowls: wrong type of rice, no tomato salsa, small amount of lettuce in large pieces. They were out ofqueso that we ordered, but that was understandable because it was close to closing.
