Order the cheddar broccoli mac and cheese and a tuna salad sandwich when I went to get my order they had given me regular mac... and cheese I asked the gentleman if this cheddar Mac n cheese he said yes I tried it and brought to the front counter and thepretty lady that smells really nice at the counter with the ponytail hanging out her hat said this is not what you ordered andshe didn't hesitate and got me a new bowl and let me keep the old one as well. Love this place very nice but the guy serving thefood said my order was right but when I asked he never even looked down at me or my food. So may teach him a little bit abouteye contact and not assuming he's always right. Not a big deal but could loose business because of stuff like this. I usually love Panera & go to a different location which is great! Here I ordered a Pick Two with a baguette side. It was... about 4:45 pm and no one was in the restaurant. Waited quite a while and had to check to make sure the order went over from thekiosk. Sandwich was awful . . Just a thrown together burned mess. The French onion soup was cold . . No spoon . . No croutons .. The baguette was stale :( This is not a good Panera location :( Read more
This place is going downhill. I always order the turkey avocado blt it?s usually amazing with a nice hunk of avocado. Not today... this is what they call avocado in a sandwich, ill be traveling to pembroke on my lunch from now on or ordering somewherecompletely different if they?re that incompetent. Read more

Don?t go here. I ordered a grilled cheese, they said they were out of the usual bread so I asked for it on a baguette and this... is what I got. It was literally just covered in what seemed to be several slices of only American cheese. My friend ordered abread bowl and broccoli cheddar soup and they told her they were also out of bread bowls and that soup. How tf is Panera breadout of 2 different kind of breads and what is this sham of a substitute for something that looks nothing like what theyadvertise as a grilled cheese? ???? Read more

I waited in line for a short time, the cashier Heidi came around the counter and hugged an older woman she knew. I was asked... twice while I was scanning the menu for help. Heidi then said "because I waited patiently while she hugged the elderly woman, Iget a free drink" I've been to multiple Panera breads in different states and I enjoyed this one the most.
