Great food. I had a couple special requests in my most recent order and they were handled perfectly.
Worst excuse for a "burrito" at BoLoCo in Lebanon, NH. Okay, I get it... Dartmouth is 2,200 miles from the Mexican border. But... seriously? We bought 4 burritos and all four were essentially "dry, rice burritos". Probably a full cup of rice, wrapped in acold tortilla, with bits of chicken and beans added as flavorings, rather than as ingredients. If you want Mexican food inLebanon, you're better off spending your money on one of those dangerous-looking "tacquitos" under the heat lamp at 7-11. Read more
The food is overall average. It's edible and fine, and that's about it. It fills a niche in Hanover which doesn't have all that... much quick service, so it's technically one of the fastest options. It's helped me out in the past when I was in a pinch andneeded a bite to eat, gets 3 stars for that. But it's not exactly a standout meal, at least for me. Today was probably our 10th visit to this Boloco in Hanover, and it seems the quality and friendliness is dropping off. I've... been to a bunch of Boloco restaurants in Boston, and every time the staff has been very friendly. During today's visit, and evenafter double checking to make sure sauce was added, it tasted like it wasn't. Our burritos were very bland. Secondly, it feltlike the "older" gentleman working there was short and hurrying us along with only 1 person behind us. They were not busy! Thishas happened the last couple times, and we've always friendly, so I'm not sure why we were treated this way. I can overlookbland food or minor errors occasionally, but not unfriendly service. Ordered food for delivery. Was very disappointed by the charred cookies they sent us. These are inedible. They are rock hard and... burnt to a crisp. You can see one of the cookies is normal, but then 2 of them are roasted. I let management know about this andthey made it right and some. I Will continue to give boloco my business because of their prompt effort to make things right. Read more
Oh my!! My first visit to a Boloco and won?t be my last!! Their options for vegetarian and vegans and the health Conscience are... great; Tofu, beyond burger, farro and brown rice!! I ordered a Yummy bowl and had the awesome staff fill it with farro, tofu,black beans not swimming in salt, caramized onions, carrots and broccoli and topped it with a tantalizing mango salsa andcojoita cheese!! My daughter loves this place. Burritos are pretty good for fast food and service was excellent during a recent visit. The... young workers had great attitudes and were very friendly. Management must be doing something right. Read more
