The food was good though having ordered a pizza with bacon lastnight it seemed to be lacking. The bacon seemed liked it was... requested as "light" because most pieces had no more then a 2-3 small pieces on them and several has one, and by small I mean1/4 the size of a pepperoni. Seriously? We don?t have a car right now so we had to order out. This is exactly how it came? We ordered the cinnamon twists... with the dip and received 2 cheesy breads with marinara in a bag (we were missing our 3 pizzas and the cinnamon twists). Aftercalling the first time to let them know we didn?t receive our order, I was left on hold for 10 minutes after the worker said hewas going figure it out. I called numerous times after that call when I realized he wasn?t coming back and had left me on thephone. That small pizza was gluten free which is the only thing I can eat and it looks like it was touched and missing some. Read more
This was a frustrating experience We ordered delivery online and loved the online tracking feature! We were able to follow... along and stay updated on our order. This would have been great if the driver hadn't driven right by our neighborhood, continueon his route and then head back to the store... When we called we got an automatic machine and then hung up on a few timesbefore they answered. Today my coworker and I ordered a very simple lunch at 11:30. We were given a delivery ETA of 30 minutes. At 12:11 the online... tracker said that our food was DONE and going through the quality check. At 12:32 I called to see why it was still going throughthe quality check and why Tyler, our delivery driver, still hadn?t left the store, I don?t remember the name of the gentleman Ispoke to but he told us our food had in fact not even been made yet and it would still be another half hour or so for delivery(which would have made it a 1.5 hour delivery wait which we would have declined and ordered from somewhere else) - needless tosay we canceled the order and didn?t get to eat lunch today! I am very empathetic to your short staffed store but next timePLEASE just be honest about your ETA of delivery, some people are at work and depend on that ETA. Good luck guys. ????? Read more
I ordered online and once I set up account it was easy. I picked up but despite advance order they were still about 5 min... behind. The place otherwise seemed fairly clean and orderly. The pizza was ok and chicken wings were decent. The location isconvenient for Hanover and they deliver at a red cost for pizza and the works. Read more
This was our fave dominoes forever, but the last 3 or 4 times they have made mistakes, totally wrong pizza awhile back, last... week they forgot the Buffalo sauce on the Buffalo chicken pizza! (Seriously?! Luckily had my own to splatter around before myhungry teenage son came to belly up) but it's the closest one, they are fast and generally the parm bread bites are better thanany other dominoes I've had over the last few years. CVS is next door, Dominoes keeps my food hot and fresh in case I get caughtup browsing beauty products and half price cereal :) Read more
